All of Advance Carts are covered by a one-year limited warranty to the buyer against defects in material or workmanship only. The one-year limited warranty is established the date that you receive your item(s). ADVANCE CARTS does not warrant any item(s)that have been modified or that may have sustained damage due to the usage of a motorized cart pusher or puller. ADVANCE CARTS makes no other express or implied warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To report a warranty claim…
1. Contact ADVANCE CARTS Customer Service Department via toll-free telephone at(877-575-0469) or via e-mail at info@advancecarts.com and request claim form.
2. Complete the claim form and return it Advance Carts, INC. (Photographs of the claimed defect(s) must be included with the claim).
3. Once your claim has been processed and approved, Advance Carts, INC. will send the appropriate repair/replacement parts (including service labor to replace defective components) and/or replacement carts to cover the claim.
4. Advance Carts, INC. may not accept responsibility of a claimed defect due to abuse, improper maintenance, misuse, neglect and/or the item(s) in question are beyond the one year limited warranty period. In such event, Advance Carts, INC. will be more than happy to supply repair/replacement parts required to repair the item(s) at prevailing prices.
